Cathy has vast experience in boxing/kickboxing, strength and conditioning, psychology and nutrition, not only through first hand experience of competing and teaching but she is also educated and certified in all these areas.
Achieving balance in all your life areas is crucial to wellbeing, so combining perfect training with nutrition and psychology for an individual will allow you to experience a happy life. Everyone is individual and must be treated that way, one program does not fit all, therefore it is imperative that a unique program for all these areas is devised.
This is Cathy’s approach to each person she works with, as she is able to adapt to each individual and situation as appropriate and integrates a variety of techniques to suit. Cathy trains a variety of clients from CEO’S and celebrities to Elite athletes and people generally wanting to reach certain personal goals.
